How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.​

You can cancel/modify orders within 12 hours of placement. Contact support immediately; once processed, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.​

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or offer a full refund, and cover return shipping.​

How do I start a return or exchange?​

Email our team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll send a pre-paid label (for eligible items) and step-by-step instructions.​

Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?​
